Welcome to Casense ("the Platform"). By accessing or using our website at casense.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of legal consent in your jurisdiction) to use Casense. Authentication on the Platform requires signing in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Permitted Use & Directory Content

Casense grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view case decks, frameworks, case fusions, and analysis tools for personal educational, analytical, and career preparation purposes.

3. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, bulk-download, or reverse-engineer private PDF case assets or database tables without prior written authorization.
• Bypass authentication mechanisms, manipulate HTTP headers, or attempt horizontal/vertical privilege escalation.
• Submit malicious payloads, XSS scripts, or automated requests designed to disrupt or overload our API endpoints.
• Re-distribute or sell case competition decks or proprietary frameworks for commercial gain without permission from rights holders.

4. Intellectual Property & Provenance

All website design elements, brand assets, code, frameworks, and fusion cards are the intellectual property of Casense / Vespar Solutions or their respective creators. Case competition decks featured in the library represent student or team competition submissions compiled for educational reference.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform, case library, company matching engine, and domain frameworks are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Casense does not guarantee that case analysis outputs or company evidence matches are 100% complete, error-free, or suitable for financial or commercial investment decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Casense, its founders (Saksham and Parth), and Vespar Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [OWNER_JURISDICTION_PLACEHOLDER - e.g., India / Delhi NCR], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms
