All trademarks, company names, logos, product names, and competition titles mentioned in case decks belong to their respective corporate or institutional owners. Mention of third-party organizations does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Casense.

While we strive for accuracy, case competition decks and company matching engine signals are derived from historical evidence and analytical frameworks. Casense makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or real-world outcomes of strategies presented in case materials.

4. Intellectual Property & Takedown Requests

Casense respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that your copyrighted work or case deck has been included on our Platform without appropriate authorization or if you wish to update author attribution:

• Include the specific Deck ID or URL of the material.
