Last Updated: September 14, 2026

At Casense, we support your right to control your personal data under global privacy frameworks (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA). This page provides clear instructions on how to request the deletion of your account and personal data.

1. What Data We Store

When you sign in with Google OAuth, Casense stores your Google account email, full name, profile picture URL, and system timestamps in our secure Supabase authentication database.

2. How to Delete Your Account & Personal Data

You can request the complete erasure of your Casense user profile at any time through the following steps:

Method A: Email Deletion Request

Send an email to nilayporwal28@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the Google email account registered on Casense. Upon receipt:

  • We will verify your request identity within 48 hours.
  • We will delete your record from our Supabase Auth database.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once data erasure is complete.

Method B: Revoking Google OAuth Permissions

You can immediately revoke Casense's access to your Google account at any time:

Method C: Clearing Local Data & Bookmarks

Saved deck bookmarks are stored in your browser's local storage. To remove all local site data:

  • Open your browser settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and Site Data.
  • Search for casense.in (or localhost in development) and click Clear Data.
Retention Note: Once your account is deleted, all stored user metadata is permanently erased from our Supabase database.
